New pool build acceptance report

We also get involved in checking over new pool installations that have been built and the pool builder says has been completed. We ensure that they have completed the necessary paperwork that includes, M&E manuals, electrical test certificates, Spata warranties and equipment guarantees.   We also check that they have undertaken water leak tests and pressure testing of pipe work, plus that the equipment has been installed in such a way that its possible to maintain and replace in the future, and that the equipment has been purchased from a known pool industry supplier.

This written report costs from £300.00 and involves one of our consultants undertaking a number of visits to inspect the swimming pool installation including its associated plant.

Swimming Pool home buyers report

This report is directed at owners and purchasers of a property that has a either a new or old swimming pool that’s being marketed through an estate agent. The report is produced by one of our pool consultants and who will undertake a detailed survey of the pool and its plant and provide a report that highlights an problems if any and includes recommendations on the best way the pool can be operated and likely energy costs.

This written report costs from £300.00 and involves one of our consultants undertaking a number of visits to inspect the swimming pool installation including its associated plant.
