PSP over the last few years have expanded their services meaning that we can now offer customers additional services alongside servicing swimming pools.  These include  plumbing, electrics, facilities management, surveying, energy reports and refurbishment works to our portfolio.

During this period we have developed important relationships with many other companies ensuring that a high quality of service is provided to PSP and its customers. Many of our clients have started to use PSP as consultants and project managers to ensure work is completed on their own properties and in a number of instances their own businesses.

We now have customers who could provide us with list of tasks they want completing and we can either schedule to do the work ourselves or can arrange to meet with one of our sub-contractors.  In turn ensuring the necessary repairs are carried out or receiving quotes for the work needed to be done so you are fully aware of the costs. We will keep you informed of all costs throughout the works and when we expect them to be completed.  We will then bill for the work once it has been completed in one easy transaction.

The costs for this service are £250 plus Vat per day plus the cost of materials used and any sub-contractor costs. These costs include, for a senior engineer to be on site all day, to undertake the necessary works themselves and/or supervise the sub-contractors and if you wish we can service the pool on the same day so the price is included in the £250 plus Vat. If you have more than one property we will only charge for the day if you wish us to visit more than one property.
